Microleaves

(microgreens, cresses)

Click here for a list of varieties

Much smaller and more tender than baby leaves, these delicate young seedlings of salad greens, leafy vegetables and herbs provide maximum flavour, as well as interesting colours and textures.

Sometimes referred to as microgreens or cress, they are harvested
fresh by the chef and used as garnishes, toppings or salad mixtures, with only the stem and first leaves being consumed.

We continually trial new varieties throughout the season - please ask for samples.
