Our gorgeous edible flowers for cocktails will make your drinks look stunning and are an increasing popular way to bring elegance and colour to your menu or event. A real talking point, you can use large brightly coloured flowers, such as snapdragons, to add excitement or for a more refined look,you can use smaller edible violas or dianthus petals. You can try adding edible flowers to ice-cubes – either whole flowers, such as Borage, or single petals. Some of our decorative leaves, such as Geranium, can also be used as flavour infusions in drinks.
