which can be used freshor cooked.
The fresh and vibrant pea flavour can be used in
many ways – here are just some!
- Added to seafood dishes, lobster, crab and scallops, they give
excellent flavour and crispness
- Great as a topping or added as an ingredient to liven up a
salad
- In high-quality wraps or sandwiches adding a juicy, healthy
crunch
Our peashoots are grown from a specially selected snowpea variety
and they have an excellent shelf life.
We supply pre-cut peashoots directly to restaurants and shops in
35g, 75g, and 100g sizes.
